Patient Load
Approximately 16–22 patients per day
Scheduling target of approximately 3 patients per hour
Dry eye consultations scheduled for approximately 45 minutes

New grads:
Starting at $80/hour + production bonus
Structured annual $5/hour raises up to $100/hour
ODs with 5+ years of experience:
Typically $90/hour + bonus
Potential to reach $100/hour within approximately 1 year with strong performance

Optional production model discussed:
Base of approximately $640–$650/day OR approximately 30–35% of end-of-day gross, whichever is higher
Realistic annual range is approximately $160,000–$200,000+ depending on days worked and production.
