Providers are onboarded with the expectation that they may occasionally work at other affiliated clinic locations within the Central Valley depending on scheduling needs.
Additional clinic locations may include:
– Delano
– Porterville
This flexible structure helps support patient access across the network.

– Full-time
– Part-time
Providers may occasionally work across multiple clinic locations on a rotational basis.
👁 Patient Load
Approximately 25–30 patients per day
Patient care includes a mix of:
– Comprehensive eye exams
– Refractions
– Medical optometry
– Ocular disease management
The clinical experience is similar to other optometrists currently practicing within the group

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time
Approximately $200,000 annual compensation + benefits
Part-Time
Typically $700–$900 per day
Benefits may be available depending on employment structure.
