A doctor-owned optometry practice in the Nashville area is seeking an Optometrist to join their growing team. This is a full-scope opportunity offering strong daily compensation, modern technology, and full technician support to help maintain an efficient and enjoyable workflow.
This role offers flexibility to work primarily in Murfreesboro, float between locations, or help establish a brand-new clinic in Mount Juliet.

📍 Location
Primary location:
– Murfreesboro, TN
Additional location:
– Mount Juliet, TN (new clinic opening — approximately 35 minutes away)

Opportunities include:
– Practicing primarily in Murfreesboro
– Floating between both locations
– Helping establish and grow the Mount Juliet clinic
Both locations are part of the greater Nashville metropolitan area, offering excellent dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.

🗓 Schedule & Flexibility
Open to full-time and part-time
Typical schedule:
Monday – Saturday

Requirement:
– 1–2 Saturdays per month

Average ~20 patients per day with technician support to maintain an efficient workflow.

👁 Patient Care
Full-scope optometry with access to modern diagnostic technology.
Services may include:
– Comprehensive eye exams
– Medical eye care
– Specialty contact lens fittings
– Dry eye management, including IPL

👥 Staff Support
Technicians available to support patient flow and assist with testing.
Support structure designed to help doctors focus on efficient, high-quality patient care.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Daily compensation:
$550 – $700+ per day

Compensation options include:
– $700/day flat rate
– $550/day base + production bonuses

Benefits may include:
– $200–$250 per month healthcare reimbursement
– PTO negotiable
– Additional benefits may be discussed depending on schedule and availability

Doctor of Optometry from an accredited institution
