Optometrist – Flexible Clinical Opportunity

📍 Location
Potential practice locations include:
– Fresno
– Madera
– Clovis

🗓 Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time and part-time positions available
Schedule and compensation open to negotiation for part-time or fill-in work
Clinic is flexible and willing to tailor the role based on your availability and preferences

👁 Patient Load
Patient mix is flexible based on your clinical interests

Opportunity to focus on:
– Primary care optometry
– Medical optometry (diabetes, glaucoma)
– Pediatric patients
– Specialty contact lenses
– Dry eye management, including IPL
– Co-management with MDs

👥 Staff Support
Technicians and scribes available based on patient volume
Support structure designed to help you focus on patient care

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
$150,000 – $230,000 annually
Base salary plus production-based bonus
