Associate Optometrist – 4-Day Work Week | Full-Time or Part-Time | Davis, CA
Part-time: $650–$1,200/day
Full-time: $135,200–$249,600+ annually on a 4-day schedule
Built around a 4-day week by design, not as a perk tacked on. Clinic days end on time, every time, and new hires — including new grads — typically start on a guaranteed daily rate for up to a year before shifting to production, so income is stable while you build confidence. Add a manageable 20-patient day and genuinely full-scope medical optometry, and this is a schedule built to avoid burnout without sacrificing income.
