Higher compensation is available for providers willing to work in the Lancaster office or split time between Lancaster and Simi Valley.

👁 Patient Load
The practice offers a balanced patient mix consisting of:
• 60% Refractions
• 40% Medical Eye Care
Medical cases commonly include:
• Glaucoma management
• Diabetic eye examinations
• Foreign body removals
Soft contact lens fittings are also available for providers who enjoy contact lens care.
🧠 Technology
The practice utilizes modern diagnostic equipment including:
• Optos Retinal Imaging
• Visual Field Testing (VF)
• Pachymetry
• Corneal Topography

💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $140,000 – $160,000 annually
• Per diem rate: $500 – $650 per day
• Higher compensation available for Lancaster coverage or dual-location scheduling
