Employment Options

Client will receive 5 (five) qualified opportunities and is considered as an option after either an in-person, virtual, or phone interview with the potential Employer. If the Client would like more, an additional retainer payment may apply. EyeSpyTalent will curate listings for recruiting sites like Indeed, LinkedIn to find the best match.  

Cost Upon Hiring

Eye Spy Talent uses percentage-based pricing so our incentives stay aligned with yours. Instead of fixed recruiting fees, our placement rate is based on the optometrist’s expected total compensation (base salary + expected bonus/production).

Placement Fee

8–14% of expected total OD compensation

The exact percentage depends on:

Geographic location
Market saturation
Recruiting difficulty
Urgency and scope of the search
