🗓 Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Saturday and Sunday availability required

👁 Scope of Care
Full-scope optometry — this group says they want it and actually practices it
40% medical-oriented patient mix
Family practice covering all ages and presenting conditions
Optomap and ERG in-office
Protocols in place to support clinical efficiency

👥 Staff Support
4–6 technicians per location
In-house optician
Scribes available (central location handles calls and scribe support)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000
Earning potential: up to $190,000+
Bonus: paid every single month (production-based)
Sign-on bonus: available on a case-by-case basis
Hotel accommodations covered as needed

Benefits include:

✅ Ideal Candidate
Doctor of Optometry from an accredited institution
Active OD license in good standing
A few years of experience preferred, or interest in a managing doctor role
Personable, patient-focused, and comfortable in a higher-volume setting
Younger ODs encouraged to apply
