Optometrist: Corporate Practice (OD), Riverside County, CA

IMMEDIATE opening — Full-time position available. Expected pay range: $156,000–$169,000 + benefits.

Retention bonus: $3,000–$20,000 depending on contract length.

Part-time option: $600–$650 per diem

Overview:
This role offers a manageable ~12 patients per day, allowing time for quality care. You’ll perform comprehensive exams, contact lens fittings, and manage medical eye conditions as desired.

The clinic is equipped with Optos imaging and IPL for dry eye care, and offers a supportive, low-stress environment with flexibility to lean into medical or specialty care.
