This opportunity provides exposure to both comprehensive eye care and medical optometry, with modern diagnostic technology and support staff helping maintain an efficient clinical day.

The position offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or fill-in coverage, with the potential to grow into a long-term full-time role.

📍 Location
Primary location:
– Bakersfield, CA

Providers are onboarded with the expectation that they may occasionally work at other affiliated clinic locations within the Central Valley depending on scheduling needs.

The group currently operates multiple clinics including locations such as:
– Bakersfield
– Delano
– Porterville

This flexible structure helps support patient access across the network.

Providers may occasionally work across multiple clinic locations on a rotational basis.

👁 Patient Load
Approximately 25–30 patients per day

Patient care includes a mix of:
– Comprehensive eye exams
– Refractions
– Medical optometry
– Ocular disease management

The clinical experience is similar to other optometrists currently practicing within the group.

🧠 Technology
All clinics are equipped with modern diagnostic equipment including:
– OCT
– Visual Field testing

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Daily compensation typically ranges:
$800 – $1,000 per day

Compensation structure is similar to other optometrists within the group.

Benefits may be available depending on employment structure.

Doctor of Optometry from an accredited institution
Active California Optometry License
