Compensation Structure:

See ~15 patients/day: $140,000/year

See ~20 patients/day: $150,000/year

See ~25 patients/day: $160,000/year

Clinic Profile:

Approximately 60% refractions and 40% medical eye exams

Medical cases include diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management, and red eye evaluations

Bilingual patient population:

~60% Spanish-speaking

~10% Punjabi-speaking

Support Staff:

Option for both a scribe and technician to work up patients
